Prince Massimiliano della Torre e Tasso was born in France and spent his early years in St Tropez before moving to Castello di Duino in Trieste, Italy.

After completing his studies at the European Business School in London,Massimiliano took a year off and to travel the world and broaden his horizons.

Later he worked with various high profile organizations such as FIFA, looking after their VIP’s for the 98 World Cup.

Agusta Motorcycles, La Salle Des Etoiles, Formula 1, Bayerische Landesbank are a few of the organizations that benefitted from Max experience and insight.

Prince Max della Torre e Tasso,in Addition to having been a partner in the very successful Nozomi, was also one of the founders of Toy Room which is now open in London and Dubai.

Massimiliano has now sold his stake in both Nozomi and Toy Room.

A Scot with an outrageous English accent I joined JA Resorts & Hotels in 2001, then Dutco Hotels, after a successful career in marketing and hospitality with some of the world’s largest agencies and world-class hotels, including 6 years running my own advertising & marketing agency specializing in hospitality.

I have a hands-on management style which is focused on helping people to be the best they can be. I believe that hospitality is about creating memories and leaving lasting impressions. Never one for airs and graces I live by the phrase ‘no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care’. Caring and being curious is the approach I instill in all my teams at all levels.

However, I am also passionate and driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and my goal is to deliver, whether it is to owners, shareholders, guests, the associates I work with or the community I live in.

I have been very actively involved in fund raising for charities such as the Dubai Autism, Al Noor Centre for Special Needs, Rashid Centre for the Disabled and the All As One Orphanage in Sierra Leone,

I publicly shaved my head on the JA stand at Arabian Travel Market in 2014 raising US$ 30,000 and walked 145 kilometers to Hatta (the long way round) in 44 hours in 2015, raising more than US$ 55,000.

I am a great believer in sustainability and protecting the environment. I took these beliefs into JA and in 2009 we received the Dubai Tourism’s Green Hotel Award, we had Green Globe Certification in three of our properties, Blue Flagged Beaches and constantly supported the Emirates Environmental Group and WWF initiatives including their turtle project and restocking the Arabian Gulf with Hamour. JA now has fully functioning organic bio gardens in four Resorts and have implemented numerous energy saving initiatives.

I insisted that JA only serve foie grass and veal from suppliers who have the World Wildlife Fund Humanitarian Certification and we did not serve Bluefin Tuna or Hamour in any of our restaurants.

When not delivering at work or to the community, I am a father of two and very proud father to six great young adults, through a blended family I share with my wife Deborah, who is herself a very successful Hotel General Manager. Our combined parenting skills have ensured that all the children are thriving, with all but one of the six kids studying at university or enjoying successful careers, and all are a source of enormous pride.

The now largely empty nest does leave me more time to pursue my other passions which are diving, golf, alpine skiing, motorcycle riding and keeping fit. I really do believe in ‘healthy body healthy mind’ but the dawn martial arts sessions during my thirties have now been replaced by dawn walks with our Doberman and German Shepherd, the gym rather than the dojo, having become an evening event. I am well-travelled; indeed, South America is the only continent I have not visited.

I am a qualified Coaches Training Institute coactive coach and it is a skill I have been able to use inside and outside the work place. I have also completed several courses in transpersonal therapy which I studied over a period of four years.

In short, I love a challenge and specifically the challenge of making a difference, having driven the development of JA in all its various forms, I have gained invaluable experience in sales & marketing, operations, project and event management, developing a sporting destination and creating a team that cares. Looking forward I am more interested in a role where I can make a positive impact than a location and I will happily go wherever my qualities can be best put to use.

Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar

Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar grew up at the picturesque City Palace in Udaipur, a heritage city built by her illustrious forefathers six centuries ago along the banks of Lake Pichola.

She is a polo enthusiast, an avid photographer, a shy writer and a voracious reader, with a passion for art and travel. Having chosen to study in England at the age of 13, Princess Bhargavi combined her love for travel, art and horses by exploring Europe during her six years there, capped by two months playing polo in Argentina during her gap year.

She later joined HRH Group of Hotels, India’s only chain of heritage palace-hotels under private ownership, founded, owned and managed by her family. Rising to the position of Executive Director, she oversaw the refurbishment of the iconic Shiv Niwas Palace hotel and the Fateh Prakash Palace hotel, as well as other building projects and domestic sales. Bhargavi also spearheaded the implementation of global marketing plans under the guidance and demanding leadership of her father Maharana Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur – a man known for his high standards, commitment to excellence and his well regarded vision.

In 2006, Princess Bhargavi turned her passion for art restoration and promotion into the launch of her own luxury lifestyle brand, called Aashka, with retail boutique outlets in Jaipur and Udaipur. While exploring and transforming traditional and modern art forms into exquisitely crafted merchandise as Aashka’s creative head, Bhargavi further broadened her expertise as an entrepreneur, focusing not only on domestic retail sales but also on developing successful international export markets.

She comments: “To me, luxury is the exclusivity of experiences, especially in the world of hospitality. As for luxury products, I value and am drawn to craft rich creations – labours of love – more than ‘latest trends’.”

Her work and perspectives have been the subject of extensive profiles in leading Indian and global media, Condé Nast, Harpers and Tatler to name just a few. The Princess was invited to serve as Trustee of Sadhana, an organisation working to support women in rural India, which she further promotes through Aashka with sales of textiles made by these talented ladies. Bhargavi is also a member of the Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation and the Maharana Mewar Educational Institute.

With the extensive knowledge in the sectors of Hospitality and Lifestyle and having first hand experience with some of India’s most exceptional properties Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar is an invaluable addition to our Luxury Panel.

Princess Bhargavi Kumari Mewar is married to Thakur Lokendra Rathore, India’s first professional polo player and twice former captain of the Indian Polo World Cup squad. The couple have two daughters.

Princess Costanza della Torre e Tasso

Princess Costanza della Torre e Tasso was born in Monfalcone Italy and lived in Trieste until the age of 16 when she moved to Cambridge to finish off her A levels.

Currenty She resides in London and is persuing a degree at the European Business School in London.

Being well traveled already at an early age and having experienced some of the best properties and most desirable destinations around the world, Costanza developed a keen eye for details and service excellence and she brings a young and fresh approach to the Luxury Panel of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards.

Her particular expertise lies in events, events management and overall service quality and efficiency.

Needless to say Costanza is a welcome addition and will be directly involved in organizing the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards Ceremony at the Villa Padierna Palace Hotel.

Being very active, her favorite activities are surfing and traveling the world, however, Costanza, is always happy to help out in charitable causes such as attending le Bal des Debutantes at the Crillion in Paris, which purpose is to raise money for charities and which she described as an amazing experience.

Nathalie, Princess of Hohenzollern

Nathalie, Princess of Hohenzollern, is an award-winning, internationally-known jewellery designer, who travels the world exhibiting and marketing her own unique and celebrated brand…she has designed a gold cross for His Holiness the Pope, a diamond studded broach for the Queen of Sweden and even styled exotic items for the girls of the Bond movies…

Born in Germany and educated in Switzerland — the Princess is fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish — she is the daughter of a prominent German businessman and his Bolivian diplomat wife.

After graduating in Political Science from NYU, Nathalie took time out to study at the Actors Studio, promptly starred in the Hollywood youth cult movie “West Coast” and then very quickly turned down a proposal to pose for Playboy! “My parents would have had a fit!” she explained…

Instead, Nathalie took off for her mother’s homeland and went to work for the First Lady of Bolivia as a project leader…on her Government travels she met and married Albrecht, Prince of Hohenzollern, and they have three children aged 5, 10 and 13.

Despite her busy professional life and family duties, the Princess always finds time to have fun… and that, she says, means travelling and enjoying the luxuries of life… However, as Coco Chanel pointed out, the very best things in life maybe free, but the second best come very, very expensive!

Ece Vahapoğlu

Ece Vahapoğlu is one of Turkey’s best-known broadcasters, a prominent Turkish media personality with her own TV shows and a myriad of Best sellers.

Born in Istanbul in 1978, Ece Vahapoglu, graduated from the American University of Rome in ‘Business’ in 2000. She received her master’s degree in France, IEHEI on ‘EU and International Relations’ in 2005.

She was honored as ‘The Most Outstanding Young Person’ in 2001 by JC. She participated in ‘International Rising Stars Leadership Program’ invited by the US State Department.

Ece began her television career with NTV and CNBC-e in Istanbul, before spreading her wings with shows on SkyTurk TV, ATV and CINE5.

Ece’s charisma and professional attitude catapulted her career and she has acted as a TV presenter and master of ceremonies for many international events, both for private and public sector, including Mediterranean Games, Formula One, FIA, UEFA broadcasts, Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards, Asian Racing Conference, European Quality Summit, European Business Awards and many events of the Ministries of Turkey.

She presented ‘Istanbul Film’ in English supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey.

Andrea Luri

An internationally recognized hospitality professional who has managed, developed, opened and positioned many 5 star deluxe properties around the world.

A career stemming from Villa d’Este to Shangri- La, from the K Club in Barbuda to the opening of Castello del Nero and later taking on the assignment for the largest corporation in Russia, Sistema, to develop the luxury portfolio opening the Principe in Forte dei Marmi, Andrea then went back to Italy to reposition the beautiful CastaDiva Resort and Spa on Lake Como.

Andrea has lived and worked in 10 countries and covered assignments in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, he has also opened and managed independent restaurants, started up catering and yacht chartering companies.

Founder of Elite Hospitality, a company developed with various colleagues involved in all aspects of hotels, resorts, restaurants and clubs. Thanks to a flexible team Elite Hospitality follows through from property acquisition, development, management to exit or minor assignments such as consulting, sales representation and staff sourcing and training.

Andrea is also on the board of Top Italian Chef (, an association which involves over 160 chefs in Italy and is very active in promoting Italian cuisine.

Ambassador of Chiasso Football Club, a team in second division in the Swiss league which was founded in 1905. Today the team is extremely active with various international connections to major European clubs such as Sevilla, AC Milan, PSG just to name a few.

Amani Vernescu

Amani Vernescu was born in Kuwait and is of Palestinian origin.

At the age of 16, Amani moved out of her family home in Cyprus and since then, for 27 years, her journey and career has been focused on the Hospitality Industry.

She was handpicked and hired, before the age of 20, at the Four Seasons Hotel – CY. She remained in the same hotel for over 19 years, climbing the ladder of various departments and was ultimately appointed to be in charge of quality control for the luxurious property.

With a deep passion for quality and enhanced enthusiasm for career growth and advancement, in 2013 Amani left the Four Seasons Hotel to pursue a new career path, setting up her own company Quality Focus.

Since then, Quality Focus adopted a unique approach to Leadership Development Solutions, as well as Strategic Hospitality & Quality Management through diverse tailor-made services.

In 2017 she served as a judge for the 11th (National) Cyprus Business Woman of the Year Award. She is a member of the Cyprus Russian Business Association and she served as a judge in 2017 for the Russian Business Woman Award, under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Cyprus H.E. Nicos Anastasiades. In April 2018, she will serve once again as a judge for the 12th (National) Cyprus Business Woman of the Year Award. Over the years, she has humbly served as a motivational speaker at various conferences and in 2018 she will be speaking for the 2nd consecutive year at the Creative Women Conference.

Nina Lotsari

Nina Lotsari was born in the city of Patra in Greece and is a renowned opera singer and actress. She is also known for her exceptional talent to combine and adapt her lyrical vocal style to ethnic world music and jazz.

Her grandfather -who was a violist- inspired her love for music at an early age.

She studied Monody at the Municipal Conservatory of Patra, classical music and melodrama at the Hellenic Conservatory of Music and Arts of Athens and acting at the Modern Theatre Vassilis Diamantopoulos and at The Theater of Changes. She also attended the Opera Master Class of Carol Richardson Smith and received a distinction from the Hanover Academy of Music and Theatre.

She had leading roles in productions of the Greek National Opera, the Athens Concert Hall and collaborated with some of the greatest Symphony Orchestras in the world.

She also participated in numerous recordings and has released two solo albums and was the leading actress in many films and TV productions.

Some of her opera performances include: Antigone, Opus Elgin-The Destruction of the Parthenon and many others.

She has also performed in many Musicals, Varieté Shows, Jazz and World Music Concerts.

After completing her studies at the University of Philosophy in Athens she started working in the Advertising, Media and Publications Industry.

Mine Kalpakcıoglu

Mine Kalpakcıoglu was born in the USA and lived in Washington DC, Brussels, London, Athens and Paris in her early childhood and youth due to her father’s public service as a diplomat.

She has been changing cities, schools and friends constantly hence she taught herself to adapt to the changing environments. She took her first steps in the communication business by promoting her country ‘Turkey’ to her foreign friends in different countries.

She started her university career in medicine, however her passion for communications that she gained unintentionally during her childhood led her to give up medicine school and she found herself studying communications and business in London.

After graduating she worked several years in London, she then returned to Turkey and started working in one of the top agencies as an account manager, working her way up to become the Vice President.

She founded her own agency T.I.M.E. PR in 2002 and made T.I.M.E.PR the premier PR firm in Istanbul. Having 34 years in the PR, Advertising and Marketing Business, Mine Kalpakcioglu has become a leader in this sector.

Miriam was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, in a multi-cultural environment. The richness in the diverse cultures her family and city offered, set her on a journey to explore her roots, whilst developing her business. “When I first left my home town, I had no idea the journey that awaited me was one of introspection and self discovery. I developed a keen interest in and understanding of self healing techniques through certain holistic practices I had learned along the way. Her travels abroad lead her to discover her innate talent in architectural design and deepened passion for spa & holistic well-being. In early 2010 Shenkha began to expand internationally exposing Miriam to new markets such as Italy, the Maldives Islands, Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Libya, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Egypt and in numerous cities of the United Arab Emirates as well as several cities in Turkey.

Miriam comfortably works along side internationally recognized Architects, Interior Designers & Contractors , playing an integral role in the project development process as well as guiding them forward with her vision.

Chef Alfred Prasad

Chef Alfred Prasad was born in Wardha (central India) and lived all over the sub-continent, which expanded his mind to the immense possibilities of eclectic Indian cuisines. As with most chefs, his family played a huge role in his initial culinary orientation.

Being artistically inclined and with a penchant for science, he was naturally drawn to the profession he considers a perfect amalgamation of the two. After graduating from Chennai’s Institute of Hotel Management in 1993, Alfred was hand picked to undergo advanced chef training at ITC Maurya (New Delhi), including at their flagship restaurants Dum Pukht and Bukhara. In 1996, Alfred headed the kitchen of the legendary Dakshin restaurant, ITC Park Sheraton (Chennai). During this time he worked under legendary chefs such as Manjit Singh Gill, Imtiaz Qureshi, Madan Lal Jaiswal, Praveen Anand and Nisar Waris.

He moved to London in 1999 and joined Tamarind of Mayfair (London) in 2001 as Sous Chef and progressed to become Executive Chef within a year. In 2002, Alfred earned the honour of being the youngest Indian chef to receive a Michelin star at 29 years of age setting his feet firmly on the world’s culinary map.

As Director Cuisine & Executive Chef of Tamarind Collection, Alfred was the creative energy behind Tamarind of Mayfair (London), Imli Street (London), Zaika of Kensington (London) and Tamarind of London (Newport Beach, CA). Alfred designed inventive menus for the restaurants with a keen eye on giving each a distinct brand identity. After nearly 14 years of being an integral part of Tamarind Collection, Alfred is currently working on his own restaurant project in London and is also writing his first book.

Since 2006, Alfred has worked closely with MCC Lord’s, the home of cricket, offering an upscale Indian dining experience in their hospitality boxes.

Alfred has held a Michelin star for thirteen years along with several other accolades. He is highly lauded for his original take on traditional Indian cuisine.

His mouth-watering seasonal menus put a fabulous 21st century spin on centuries’ old dishes; delicately balancing creativity and authenticity. It is important to him, to preserve the purity and flavour of ingredients and to present each creation as a complete sensory experience.

Chef Alfred Prasad is a tremendous addition to the Luxury Panel of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards and we are looking forward to working with him.

Dr Andreas Lindner

Born in Germany into a family with a long tradition of high precision manufacturing, for Andreas Lindner it was clear early in his life that he would become an entrepreneur himself. After finishing his PhD in business, he founded a medical company, which he sold ten years later in early 2000.

Since then he has been investing in various companies, one of which he manages himself – WorldGuide. Like a “Wikepedia” for ladies and gentlemen, WorldGuide provides sophisticated information regarding art, travel, life and style, and fascinating products around the world.

In recent years, unique software was developed and integrated into WorldGuide that downloads the estimates and results from hundreds of auction houses around the world on items from cars to watches, from Asian Art to Old Masters, from vintage Hermes Kelly bags to rare wines. By early 2015, already over 13.5 million lots were available for price information, statistics and much more.

Perhaps it is due to his production background in high precision industries that Dr. Lindner is dedicated to true quality and service beyond big names. Outside of business he is a dedicated collector in art and has been a board member in various art institutions. Besides that, he practises Qi Gong and is a great admirer of the Advaita Vedanta.

Oliver Jiszda

Oliver Jiszda was born in 1974 in Vienna Austria to a family that was no stranger to high levels of design and architecture.

Oliver began followed his passion for design by studying Graphic design in Vienna and quickly started gravitating towards the world of photography.
In 1996 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue this passion of his.

Oliver quickly rose through the ranks to become an in demand photographer having photographed celebrities such as Christiano Ronaldo, Maximillian Schell, Isabella Rossellini, The Black Eyed Peas and many others.

Nowadays Oliver is one of the premier photographers to come out of Europe and travels around the globe on behalf of clients and consistently provides them with successful campaigns featuring his very distinct style.

Oliver has worked extensively with the likes of UBS, Adidas, Pepsi, Nike, FIFA, Real Madrid, Red Bull, Sony Music, Universal, The Ritz Carlton and many more.

We are delighted to have one of Europe’s top photographers on board of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards Panel.

Suat Töre

Born in 1951 in Izmit, Suat Töre graduated from İstanbul University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics after attending Haydarpaşa High School. He completed his studies by completing Marketing Specialization Program of Business Administration at İstanbul University’s Institute of Economics.

He started tourism publication business in 1983 by launching Turkey’s first tourism publication; Focus on Turkey. Until 1991, he worked as a tourism correspondent and writer in Dünya Gazetesi (Dünya Newspaper) with this magazine. During this period, he was responsible for various tourism publications such as Sürmeli Magazine, Dedeman Magazine, Alanya Magazine, Bodrum Halicarnassus Magazine, Key to Turkey.

In 1991 he established S&M Publication Ltd. with his partner and still continues to publish periodically New Focus Travel Magazine, MeeTurkey Alternative Tourism and MICE Magazine, Arab Turkish Travel Magazine, Focus on Travel News, Arab Turkish Travel Gazette, Rus Tourism News, Turizmcinin Gazetesi, and World Travel Guide & Diary.

In 1995, Suat Töre took part in the establishment of ‘Bizim Gazete’ daily newspaper of Turkish Journalists’ Association. Mr. Töre has a weekly column at the newspaper; writing about tourism. He is a consultant to various domestic and international tourism organizations.

Suat Töre has been representative of several international travel publications in Turkey since 1983 including; German Touristik Report, Israel Travel News, Outbound Traveller USA, Italy’s Congress Today, German Reisebüro Bulletin. Mr. Töre was also Turkey Sales Agent of World Tourism Organization’s publications and Turkey representative of Mexico Tourism Ministry (Sectur).

Mr. Töre has been a member of Faculty of Economics Graduates Association, Business Administration Graduates Association, Public Relations Association, Istanbul Skål Club, and American Travel Agents Association (ASTA). He continues to be a member of TUYED – Turkish Tourism Writers’ Association (founding member), ITWA-International Travel Writers Association, and ATA-Africa Travel Association.

As being an honored member of Turkey’s Professional Hotel Managers Association (POYD), Suat Töre; together with his company represents a large number of international tourism organizations in Turkey.

Suat Töre has also three Turkish travel books: “Türkiye’de Turizm”, “Üvey Evlat Turizm” and “Lafla Turizm Gemisi Yürüseydi”.

Erkan Yagci was born in 1979 and ,at the age of 22, he graduated from Tourism & Hotel Management in Turkey.

After several successfull experiences in various fields of tourism management during his education, Erkan’s passion ,to have a global view and understanding of the sector ,lead him to the USA where he completed his MBA degree.

During this time he had the chance to bring his management skills into perfection while being responsible for various projects including business strategies, performance and benchmark analyses.

Being equipped with a rich educational and professional background, in 2003 he came back to Turkey to invest and to apply his passion for Tourism in his home country.

Erkan is currently a board member of Concorde Resorts completing his 14th year in the tourism sector.

His drive to constantly improve means he is highly motivated and is constantly refreshing as well as continuing his studies in the Tourism sector.

During the course of his career Erkan became a member of various International and National Tourism Organizations.

Baroness Nerina Keeley is a lady of many talents.

Having studied Architectural design, she developed a passion for, and specialised in, design and project management for the Hospitality industry.

Driven by the desire to create and enhance diverse environments in order for guests to truly savor their experiences and be able to create memories to be cherished for years to come, Nerina has been involved in numerous projects around the world, such as Eden Island Seychelles, Sable Ranch Thaba khaya to name but a few.

She has also been involved with the Gauteng Tourism Authority.

Nerina has also overseen, planned and designed the 3 year development project of the 5 star Cousine Island resort Seychelles, which is ranked as one of the Top Eco destinations worldwide and is home to a very varied eco system.

Nature and conservation is something very important to Nerina and it is an aspect that is present in many of her projects, not only Cousine Island and Sable Ranch but also in one of her latest endeavors in the region of Tuscany in Italy, where she now resides.

Mohammed Riyaz

As the Managing Director and the owner of the one of the largest travel agencies in the Maldives, Mr. Mohamed Riyaz is a name synonymous with excellence in the tourism industry.

Riyaz started his career with the Maldivian National Bank where he spent over 13 years in various positions, the last of which was as Manager for one of the banks branches.

In 1996, he joined the tourism industry and,at first, worked as a travel consultant for an inbound travel company.

In 1999, he founded Inner Maldives Pvt. Ltd., with a partner, which grew to become a successful inbound tour operator.

Riyaz’s ambitions then outgrew what his previous company could offer him and went on to start his dream travel company with the of LETSGOMALDIVES PVT LTD which went on to become one of the biggest brands in Maldives, known for its reliability, innovation, utmost commitment and beliefs in hospitality, professionalism, sincerity and quality.

Today, Riyaz , is also the founder of two other companies that provide luxury yacht and speed boat services in the Maldives.

Alex Jovanovic is a passionate leader with multiple experiences from design and system development, brand building to innovation in leisure provisions. His industry practice and knowledge has been put to good use in providing strategic direction on the hospitality aspect of a number of unique projects.

Alex has been involved in the opening of twelve major hotels in his career in a variety of roles. His previous position was the Director of Development & Operations – Hotels and Hospitality in Middle East where he played a key role in defining and implementing the leisure and hospitality components of mixed used schemes.

In his return to Indonesia Alex got the privilege to work for one of Indonesian leading business group to develop and open Indonesia’s first 6 Star Hotel Property, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung successfully opened in 2012, in which he also maintained a role as General Manager to transition the hotel into stabilized operational mode. He managed all aspects of the development on behalf of the owner, including the development of the adjoining Ibis Hotel, Conference and Convention Centre, and integration with the adjacent Shopping Mall and Theme Park as a single integrated mixed use development.

Alex has been recognized as a planner, an inspiring communicator and keynote speaker to many International conferences. This involvement along with the numerous strategic development and operational positions he has held within International Hotel Groups has enabled him to understand the key drivers of a successful hospitality venture. Alexander is currently positioned as the man behind the opening of another luxurious property in Bali, The Trans Resort Bali.

Currently, Alisa and Eva Longoria are Executive Producing Food Chains, a documentary on migrant farm workers in Florida and California set to premiere at The Tribeca Film Festival in April. Alisa is a Trustee of The Zeitz Foundation in Kenya, The Last Mile Health Consortium in Liberia, the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project in Capetown and the global I am Eco Warrior Foundation. She is an Advisor to the Czech Royal Family, the British Red Cross, Solar Aid,, the sustainable luxury brands Maiyet, Eden Diodati & Lucy Annabella Organics and the legendary skin care line, Erno Laszlo. Alisa is married to a Portfolio Manager and has 5 young children. Originally from New York City, she has lived outside of London for the past 12 years.

Karine Lackner was born in Vienna, Austria and raised bi-lingual in a French Private School, the Lycee Francais de Vienne. Karine lived in Vienna in her teenage years and other parts of Europe, such as Monte-Carlo, St.Tropez, Greece and Istanbul in her twenties and thirties. Short, but regular visits to the USA, N.Y. & Los Angeles, where she was proposed to become a spokeswoman for Harry Winston completed her passion for traveling the world.

Karine got married at the age of 24 with Prince Maximilian Von Thurn und Taxis, from the Austrian part of Germany’s richest princely family, whose wealth derives from founding the German postal service and from brewing.

She speaks fluently German, Italian, English, and French.

In 2002 Karine opened “LE CARRE D’OR – Interior Design” in Monte-Carlo representing the most important Italian luxury furniture brands, including “ARMANI CASA “ as the lead brand, chosen as the 3rd store in the World carrying the brand after Milan & Paris .

In 2003 she opened the “ VERSACE Home Collection private show-room by appointment only ” in Monte-Carlo’s “ Parc Palace ”, one of the most prestigious buildings in the center of Monaco Combining Luxury real estate with Interior Design Karine successfully sold properties for over 20 million Euros in Monte Carlo in the first year combining the two . Some of her work can be viewd on : Through her 14 years in Monte-Carlo as a businesswoman she was able to establish excellent relationships in Monaco.

Karine moved to Istanbul in 2009 and made a major step moving to the Middle East by settling down in Doha in 2011 where she had invested in the booming real estate market. Beside buying properties, she sensed the wish of Qatari nationals to travel to exclusive life-style destinations, so the service of “ LA CONCIERGERIE du QATAR ” was born.

In 2014 developing a passion, a line for “ caftans in silk ” and handmade beaded luxury handbags with mother of pearl inserts was created and showcased during a fashion show in a VVIP Ladies Lunch event at IDAM, the Alain Ducasse restaurant at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha hosted by ANTARA Palace, the first Spa Palace from Cyprus, of which Karine is the Ambassador in Qatar .

Later she worked at Clarins Geneva in the field of PR & Marketing and their Charity event.
Fiorina also worked at Burberry HQ in London in the Press department* national and international).

Fiorina then moved to Paris and continued her career at “Numero Magazine” as a fashion stylist and also took care of the Editor in Chiefs charity event “Enfants du Rwanda”

She was then recruited by Karla Otto and was placed in charge of 4 luxury brands namely , Cavalli, Pucci, Notify, Lucien Pellat Fine as well as the new launch of Celine.

Since then, Fiorina started the new women’s fashion brand “Corlette”, opened a multi brand store “The Box” in St Tropez, started the men’s fashion brand “Eclectic” and she, also directs all the communications, events, magazines and shop at the Polo Club St Tropez.

Fiorina hasn’t stopped there.
Her new project, a revolutionary online platform for the fashion industry: SELEC.TO ( will be l be launched in Septeber 2014

As if this was not enough to keep Fiorina busy, she has also launched the Ladies Lunch in London,a networking luncheon for women.
